SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Every piece is handmade with care, just for you—because we don’t believe in mass production or rushing the magic.

Please allow up to 12 working days for your order to be made before it ships out. This doesn’t include delivery time, so be sure to factor in postage when placing your order.

Once your piece is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We promise it’s worth the wait.

 

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MEILI STUDIO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Because every piece is handmade to order, we don’t offer refunds—exchanges only.

If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 7 days from receiving your order to get in touch. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we’ll sort your exchange and get your new piece on the way.
